Brighter Days Foundation is a not-for-profit private foundation dedicated to the well-being of children in the city of Rochester, NY and the surrounding area.
Grants are made to programs and agencies that support and encourage children’s basic needs, as well as education, literacy, and technology skills. The Foundation supports preventative programs, programs for innovative social change, and established, proven programs.
The Foundation offers support in its expressed areas of interest to qualified non-profit organizations that are exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and that are not private foundations.
Grants to religious organizations are made only for non-sectarian programs and no grants can be made to individuals.
